Abstract
" Background Study - St. Stephen Planning Area
Dear David
We are pleased to submit the final version of the Background Study on the St. Stephen Planning Area. The report is based upon analysis of past plans and reports, review of the latest census information as well as field surveys and extensive interviews. It also incorporates input received from the Steering Committee and from the public open house meetings.
The findings and recommendations of this report will be used as the basis for the preparation of Conceptual and Draft Plans for the Town of St. Stephen and Basic Planning Statements for the Local Service District of St. David, Dennis-Watson and Western Charlotte.
We appreciate the input of the Steering Committee and we look forward to working with the Committee on the Plan phase which is to follow.
