This document is an official piece produced by the U.S. National Park Service on Maine's Acadian Culture. The pamphlet is bi-lingual.
One side presents a brief history of the Acadian people, along with present day efforts to maintain Acadian Culture in Maine.
The other side presents numerous Acadian Heritage Sites that exist in the Saint John (River) Valley, along with a road map of the geographical area where Quebec, New Brunswick, and Maine intersect. The map points out various place names and locations of Acadian Heritage Sites.
This document also has a photocopied map attached to it with a paperclip. The attached map is a enlarged version of a 'St. John Valley' map found inside the pamphlet.
