Abstract
"The objective of this report is to present under one cover the available information in regard to the St. Croix river above Grand Falls, with particular reference to the storage basins, developed and undeveloped. A considerable amount of information has been published in various reports of the United States Geological Survey, the Maine State Water Storage Commission and the Public Utilities Commission of the State of Maine. An attempt has been made to compile a convenient summary of this scattered material, reinforced by a brief inspection of the most important dams and storage basins and by interviews with officials of the Companies operating on the river."
